The location was outstanding, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast was refined and generous… it was a perfect stay! 🐚🦞

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel face à la mer. La piscine intérieure chauffée était également un point positif. Enfin la gentillesse du personnel est à mettre en avant et le service apporté. Nous avons aimé pouvoir chargé notre véhicule hydrique, facilement. Nous avons été déçus: - les chambres élégances (2) : literie non confortable et matelas avec des creux. Petite voir exiguë. Meubles type IKEA sur roulette, pas au standing d’un 5*, joins sales dans la salle de bain, TV ne fonctionnait pas : la reception n’a apporté aucune solution. - l’entretien de l’espace aquatique : piscine pleine de sable et il y avait même un mégot dans l’eau. Le Sauna ne fonctionnait pas et le hammam jamais allumé. Espace piscine restreint pour les enfants à certains horaires ( jusqu’à 10h puis 15h-17h de mémoire)

The team was very friendly and responded quickly and efficiently; the hotel is well‑located with direct beach access. The air‑conditioning in our room was broken, but we received a 15 % discount without asking, which deserves praise. The hotel needs major renovation and a quality upgrade, especially in furniture—both in rooms (IKEA‑style rolling wardrobe!) and on terraces/sofas. The standard room bed was not king‑size, the mattress sagged, making sleep very uncomfortable. Overall the hotel falls short of 5‑star expectations.
