The hotel is simply stunning, the reception staff are incredibly friendly and the housekeeping is extremely attentive; the room was cleaned twice a day. We’ve stayed in several 5‑star hotels in Palma but none have impressed us as much as this one. Nothing to complain about – a perfect stay.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, professional and always helpful – a real credit to the hotel. However, our room was next to the lift and faced the bar/restaurant, making it incredibly noisy; we had booked for a night because of an early flight the next day, but the constant noise made rest difficult. The room’s style was superficial rather than practical, and a glass swing door into the bathroom meant no privacy and light disturbance at night.

The amenities were exceptional, the staff were excellent, and the building is gorgeous; nothing to note.

The boutique vibe was spot on, with the room being tended to twice a day for a truly personal touch. Breakfast was all made to order, steering clear of a buffet, and the restaurant dazzled with fantastic presentation and rich flavors. Staff went above and beyond to make the stay special, setting a benchmark for quality. The only downside was having to leave after the three‑day stay.
