Maintenance needs to fix items in the room: the toilet handle, the lamp plug, and the TV cables were everywhere.

“Very disappointed with the property but the staff was great.”

My problems were dealt with immediately and I could change rooms the next day. The first room was terrible; the entire suite smelled awful—maybe mildew or mold. In one room the toilet handle was broken; in the other the shower handle didn’t turn far enough for hot water, the bathroom light was very dim, and the closet door wouldn’t slide properly to close. In the living room the TV wouldn’t work, and everything was extremely worn, including rusted racks in the freezer.

“It was nice but just hate I couldn’t swim and my son and hubby couldn’t play basketball.”

The place was in a decent area and staying there was pleasant. However, bugs were in the room, the pool was broken, and the basketball court closed early.

“Overall we enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast area was nice and all of the staff were courteous and helpful.”

We enjoyed the rooms and the location was good. One elevator had problems and the room doors were difficult to shut.
