A great spot for adults or families with older teens, quiet and right next to the blue lagoon, perfect for snorkeling, and the food was excellent. The hotel is a bit far from many island attractions and might not be the best choice for families with small kids.

What I liked most about Sultan Palace Hotel was the friendliness and attentiveness of every employee, always ready to make sure we lacked nothing; the rooms were very roomy, the beach was beautiful and tranquil, and the atmosphere suited a relaxed family holiday. The kitchen worked far too slowly and the menu was limited, especially for a multi‑day stay, and half‑board didn’t include any drinks at dinner—not even water, which had to be paid for separately—a detail that feels out of place for a five‑star hotel, and the breakfast selection was very sparse.

The location is excellent on a very nice beach and the architecture of the buildings is really great. Getting around without a taxi is difficult, and the hotel taxis are very expensive. There is no meat selection available at the restaurant.

The staff tried to fulfill any request and were very friendly. The rooms were very spacious. The hotel is in a quiet spot, ideal for families with children and tourists seeking peace. The food was very tasty.

It’s a great place, very peaceful and quiet. We had an excellent experience with the whole team. From the start, they took outstanding care of us and ensured all our needs were met. Everyone was professional, friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. A special thanks to our driver, Ali, who was fantastic—he picked us up from the airport, drove us safely to several different excursions, and was always punctual. We truly appreciate the exceptional service and hospitality and highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a reliable and professional experience. Nothing to add.
