Location was perfect for us. Walls are paper thin. Could hear people walking up and down the staircase and every little noise from outside. The heat pump unit was very noisy so had to turn it off at night

Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room and really comfortable bed. Well stocked and modern amenities. Fabulous location

Comfortable studio, well located within Auckland, friendly and responsive owners. We had a problem with a power outage, but the staff dealt very well with the problem
