“Agréable”

The location and proximity to the beach were great, the staff were very helpful, and the facilities were good. The bedding was truly uncomfortable, the outdoor pool was not heated, there was a lack of attention (only 2 small bottles of water for 4 days), and the food was decent but quickly became repetitive.

I stayed in a Junior Suite perched just above the bay with a sandy beach, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and coastline. The main restaurant served a varied, high‑quality breakfast that changed regularly, and the spa massage was excellent; the staff, especially the hotel manager, were extremely helpful—helping me replace a lost wallet from my flight and arranging a car rental. The protected bay’s water was clean and inviting for swimming. However, the price felt steep for a clientele that seemed more like package‑tourists, many from the Balkans and Ukraine, who were polite and quiet. The public beach had lounge chairs and umbrellas that were cramped and expensive for a daily rate.

The private pool opposite the sea with its terrace was fantastic, and the beach lay just 30 m from my room. The "Mambo" restaurant, 20 m below, was the best in the village and faced the sea, while the second, huge terrace offered more space. I could hear the waves from my room. The apartment was enormous, fitting two people with two bathrooms. On the downside, the bed was only moderately comfortable for the hotel’s best room, and the terrace chairs were patched together with wire to keep them upright but had become unstable again. The noise level was relatively high until midnight because of the restaurant below.

The beach was practically next door. The kitchenette was too basic.

The accommodation was very beautiful, the staff extremely kind, and the breakfast and dinner were outstanding; cleanliness was impeccable, the garden was tidy, the location was close to the beach, the décor tasteful, and every little detail was taken care of!
