“This is somewhere people disappear. Do not book.”

This place is horrible. The cleanliness, the holes in walls, the staff was one old man smoking cigarettes and complaining about the booking company they use, they didn’t know I was coming and didn’t have a room. He “had one to clean up” and once I saw it, I left. It was horrifying. They also demanded paperwork for my service animal which doesn’t exist. Then tried to complain that they will have to hire a special person because of the dog dander. Highly recommend not staying here

When I arrived the gentleman was extremely rude and refused to honor my reservation. He was not a very nice person and he made my daughter cry. I will never go back there again. Everything

I couldn't stay because no rooms were available; several were under renovation, which caused the confusion. I’ve stayed here before and it was pretty decent for the price, with clean, well‑maintained rooms. The manager told me to contact whoever I booked through and then just walked away, which is how I learned the rooms were being renovated.

Nothing ever got to stay; they took my payment and nothing was answered.
