I booked a room here, and according to the confirmation I didn’t have to pay a deposit or any money before arrival, but after receiving the booking confirmation, the hotel staff called saying a deposit was required. I didn’t agree with that policy and ended up not staying at the hotel.

The hotel is basic and old but clean, spread over three floors without an elevator, so it’s wise to ask for a lower floor if you have lots of luggage or an elderly person; the staff were polite and helpful, and when I forgot an item they checked and mailed it back to me. The only downside was the missing elevator.

This place was perfect in every way. The staff were super helpful and the room was spotless. I couldn't find a single thing to complain about.
