The staff is very friendly, the place is clean, and the breakfast, lunchbox, and menu card are good. The surroundings are nice. It lies along a very busy road that you have to cross to reach the stay, so bring earplugs for the night (honestly, the hotel can’t do anything about it).

The breakfast was the highlight, but the room let me down – it felt very old‑fashioned and the mattresses were way too thin, nothing like what I’m used to from Vandervalk.
