The hotel’s vibe and the teamwork among the staff were great; everyone was friendly, respectful, and ready to help with any question. On the downside, parking was scarce, and if you want tea you have to go down to the basement no matter what floor you’re on. Also, the spa on the 2nd floor only offered plain water, unlike the flavored water available in the basement and 1st floor, but those are minor details.

The location and meals are fine, the staff are helpful, and the rooms are clean, but the room's position and the small bathroom in room 15 are a drawback.

The resort is very beautiful and luxurious, everything stayed clean, the staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the breakfast was simply world‑class; we really enjoyed our stay and will return. The only improvement we’d suggest is a small, defined area for children in the outdoor space, because the property is so large that extra play options would make family stays even more pleasant.

The breakfast was excellent and the whole atmosphere was pleasant. Yet charging €141 for a mini‑room, even with breakfast, is far too much for the price‑performance; you could barely turn around inside. All love, though.
