The staff were very friendly, the accommodation was neat and clean, and the restaurant is also worth trying. The showers were a bit grimy and didn’t heat up well; it wasn’t a problem for me but worth noting.

The bungalow was tucked at the back of the property in a beautiful garden. Two showers and toilets served eight rooms, more than enough. The room was refreshed and everything felt fresh.

“Amazing staff”

The rooms were super cute and clean, and the location was ideal. The staff were kind and helpful, offering bike and taxi advice and chatting whenever I passed by. I’ll definitely return 😊 Mosquitoes were definitely present; there’s a net in the room and they even fogged the area.

The staff are amazing. The place really has potential. With a bit more care, attention, and modest investments, many of these issues could be fixed and the accommodation could become much nicer. I booked a bungalow with a double bed, as shown in the description and photos. When I realized the bed wasn’t double, I told the staff, assuming a mistake. They checked and confirmed it was correct. I don’t think it’s fair to advertise a double bed when it isn’t. We were told we could discuss it with the manager, who would come soon, but he never did. During our three days, the manager didn’t show up even once to talk or address the issue. The staff were nice and helpful, but it was extremely disappointing and unprofessional that the manager didn’t even take time to speak with us. There is only one proper shower and one locked toilet; the other toilet is separated only by a curtain. The shower has only cold water and the stream is weak and narrow. If the description had mentioned only cold water, that would be fine, but it doesn’t, which is especially disappointing. On top of that, I was bitten a lot during my stay, and the bites looked like bed bug bites, making the experience even worse. The place really has potential, and with a bit more care, attention, and modest investments, many of these problems could be fixed, but the most shocking and disappointing part was the manager’s complete absence, not taking responsibility, not speaking with us, and not addressing any issues during our three-day stay, leaving a very poor impression.

“unsafe and not maintened potentially nice place”

The staff were friendly and swapped our bungalow for a nicer one, but the place felt seriously unsafe. The bamboo floor in the original bungalow gave way as I stepped down, breaking under my feet and risking a serious fall. Photos show the structure’s poor condition. My son’s bungalow had loose bricks laid horizontally as makeshift steps, which was unstable and nearly caused him to fall. The bathroom lacked a proper door—just a curtain—and only cold water was available. The bungalow door had a gap over 10 cm at the bottom, large enough for a cat to slip inside. I’m fine with simple, eco‑friendly lodging, but rustic style doesn’t excuse deteriorated structures, improvised steps, or risks that could send a guest to the hospital. The owners should conduct a serious safety inspection and fix the obvious problems before renting again.
