“Overall stay was good. Staffs were friendly and supportive.”

The location is great and gives easy access to everything, being in an epicenter spot on Barakhamba Road near CP. It doesn’t feel worth the nightly price.

Breakfast was solid, and overall the hotel was acceptable given its age and the nearby options. The staff, however, chose not to hold my bags for a few hours until my flight, which surprised and annoyed me; that could have been handled better.

The front‑desk guy was unhelpful, and even when I asked for a room slipper as a common facility, I was ignored.

The reception staff were friendly, the room was nice and the view great, but I’d advise finding another place. They let me hang up at the airport after promising a driver, the entrance was in a creepy parking lot with no signposts, the lights flickered at 4:30 am and I had to call a technician, the Wi‑Fi required a technician’s visit, I got food poisoning, and they charged 11,000 + instead of the promised 7,000 + tax. There’s an unmarked two‑inch metal barrier in the entryway that could kill someone, and no one reads messages. It was so stressful I couldn’t enjoy anything else.

“リノベーションが終われば、かなり良くなるだろう。”

The location was fantastic and they left two litres of water for us each day, which was a big help, and the restaurant’s food tasted great. The hotel is currently being renovated, so the lobby was awkward to navigate, and our room was right next to the elevator, making it noisy.
