I never got to stay because the hotel claimed they could not locate reservation 6289329229, yet they still charged my credit card USD 138 and I have been repeatedly asking for a refund.

I would like to purchase 2 pillows that Marriott provided in the room, can u tell me where I can purchase the exact pillow? Very comfortable and very clean. I've been a member for some time and have never been disappointed in Marriott hotels.
