I liked that it’s located in a tourist area, although it was quite noisy on weekends because of nearby bars. Overall, it’s near Galata, with polite and responsive staff! The cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfasts are repetitive.

The location was great and the room was spacious, but the water only arrives at check‑in, giving you just 1.5 liters.

The location is good. Breakfast was terrible. The bathroom was in very bad condition, with mold in some areas. Amenities like shampoo and soap were low quality, and there was no toothpaste provided. The air conditioning didn’t work properly; it was stuck on the coldest setting with no way to adjust it. The hotel environment was completely different from the photos. Most TV channels were constantly glitching; only one channel was clear.

La struttura, pulita e in ottima posizione. Prima di prenotare ho segnalato che mia moglie ha delle difficoltà a salire e scendere le scale. Mi è stato detto che l'albergo aveva l'ascensore. Purtroppo invece per andare alla sala colazione bisogna fare un piano di scale. Questo ha creato dei problemi e il receptionist non ha ritenuto di offrirci nemmeno un caffè per scusarsi
