The spa was very nice and fresh, breakfasts tasty, the kids’ area impressive, and the views from the upper floors or the top residence were great. In our villa №1 the AC simply didn’t work—room temperatures stayed above 25 °C, making sleep impossible at night. When we reported it to reception, they offered excuses: either we’d set it wrong or it would take time to settle; they never managed to cool it even after the manager tried to adjust it. For the price and the level of customer respect, we’re done with them. Also, the portion sizes on the menu were astonishing—something I’d never seen before, almost like molecular cuisine.
The location, view, large villas, tasty breakfasts and dinners, good spa, quiet atmosphere, and staff all pleased us; everything was great.
“A week in the Carpathians”
Had a chalet and its just so lovely there. The spa and scenery and facilities. There needs to be a lifeguard on duty who keeps an eye on the jacuzzi. On the last couple of days there a family with 3 children under the age of 5 decided that would be there personal swimming pool. It wasnt fair on other guests. I think as you come into the town too better signs to the resort would be great too
Everything was wonderful—from the pillows to every detail of the design. The breakfasts were tasty and the pool was warm.
I recommend it, super good. Everything was normal.
