Mikor megérkeztem , 500 euró pluszt kértek tőlem , mert màskülönben visszaadjàk azt amit leemeltek , ès a gyerekeimmel ès az egèsz csalàdommal menjünk el . A kiszolgàltatottsàg ès hogy egy idegen országban voltunk , kényszerűen kifizettük a plussz 500 eurót. A szàllodai szobàk elavultak ès piszkosak . Nem talarított a szemèlyzet , ès amiért csak lehetett , plussz pènzt kèrtek . A spa szolgàltatàs hideg vizes volt . Mindenki kerülje el messziről ezt a förtelmet . I had made a booking and received a confirmation email from the hotel, which detailed the amount charged to my account, the number of rooms covered by that payment, and the additional services included. Upon arrival, however, they demanded an extra 500 euros; they threatened that if I didn't pay, they would refund the original charge and force me to leave—along with my children and the rest of my family. Feeling completely vulnerable and being in a foreign country, we had no choice but to pay the additional 500 euros. The hotel rooms were outdated and dirty. The staff did not clean, and they tried to charge extra for absolutely everything. The spa facilities had only cold water. Everyone should steer clear of this nightmare

Très mauvaise expérience pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ! Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon séjour. Pour un établissement affichant 4 étoiles, le niveau de propreté est tout simplement inacceptable. Les photos parlent d’elles-mêmes : joints noircis et abîmés, traces de saleté, plafond taché et entretien général laissant fortement à désirer. À cela s’ajoute un problème de température dans la chambre : nous avons très froid et, lorsque nous avons signalé la situation à la réception, on nous a répondu qu’il fallait attendre la fin du mois d’octobre pour que le chauffage fonctionne correctement. Il est inadmissible de devoir subir de telles conditions pendant son séjour, sans solution immédiate ni prise en charge satisfaisante. Nous sommes très loin du confort, de la propreté et du service que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le standing annoncé ne correspond absolument pas à la réalité. Une expérience très décevante, un manque de propreté évident et une réponse insatisfaisante face à un problème de confort essentiel. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement en l’état. Le rapport qualité-prix est difficilement justifiable au vu des prestations constatées. Responsable irrespctueux
