The breakfasts were delicious, fresh, and good quality, and the staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to help with any issues. I’m upset with how the payment was handled on Booking: the page listed one price, but the hotel charged a different amount to my card, and they never refunded the promised amount after checkout. Even after my stay the Booking page showed a higher price, still not matching what I was charged. I’ve received no refund and the hotel ignores my messages on the platform. The location was very inconvenient; I misread the map and found that all the main attractions and transport links are much farther than they appear. There’s no shuttle to the metro, and the nearest station is about a 30‑minute walk.

Pulizia. Disponibilità e cordialità del personale. Nessuno parlava inglese tranne una sola persona e anche con il traduttore in cinese, in alcune occasioni era difficile comunicare. Fortunatamente niente di grave ma piccole cose che in un 4 stelle ti aspetti. Come per esempio trovare la dispensa di the e tisane riempita dopo averne usufruito la sera prima senza dover andare a richiederle e le tazze lavate e non lasciate abbandonate sul tavolo
