The A/C didn’t work, there was no hot water, furnishings were dusty and soiled, it was very noisy at the intersection of two main roads, breakfast ran out, and the bar ran out of white wine.

“Not to be repeated”

The bed was comfy and the room spacious enough, bathroom was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful, although sometimes a bit overwhelmed. We've stayed here multiple times before, but this feels like the last. The hotel has lost its soul after the renovations; the staff is the only bright spot. The breakfast/dining room is awful—purely functional, no atmosphere, and you have to stare at metal tubs while eating. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was seriously underwhelming: butter chicken without any vegetables, schnitzel with odd fat, and breakfast lacked fruit and oats. The once pretty garden no longer shines. Sad.

I found very little positive. The water was yellow and the shower had no hot water. Breakfast had too little choice, and the sausage was moldy. We told the waiter, but he seemed uninterested. The sausage was left there and not replaced. Check‑in was bad; the staff seemed overwhelmed and it took three people to hand us our room key. We regret not having nicer words for this hotel, but these are facts we must share.

“Recommendable!!”

Breakfast was great, and the in‑town location is fantastic for work.
