I’ve stayed here twice in Rome and each time the staff has been friendly and the place stays spotless. The room is spacious and the air‑conditioning works great, and they leave complimentary water bottles. The spot is superb, just a short walk from the train station that links to the airport, and there are good restaurants right next door for breakfast and lunch. As usual in Rome, the lift is tiny but it gets the job done. The shower screen was broken, the drain was slow, and the water flow was weak.

The location was convenient for us, close to Roma Termini. We did miss having an electric kettle. The elevator is the narrowest in the world; it feels a bit claustrophobic but it functions.
