The staff at this hotel is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told to arrive at 9:30 AM, so I traveled 40 km to get there. But when I arrived, they said the room wasn’t available. I asked why they confirmed that time if the room wasn't going to be ready, and they casually responded, "No problem, you can wait until 12 PM" — meaning a 3-hour wait. “Be careful”

Administration was poor, with zero cooperation and zero facilities. No breakfast was offered, and the LED in the rooms was broken. I strongly suggest others not to visit (VIST IN HOTEL). Rooms were dirty, and the hot water in the bathrooms was extreme in summer, making it impossible to bathe from 10 to 5 pm. I booked the room for two nights but couldn’t stay more than 5 hours and they still charged me for two nights. Please don’t book; this kind of hotel is unacceptable.
