The front desk was nice, yet the floors in the room were extremely dirty—after a shower my feet still got dirty just from walking around; I also complained about someone smoking in a nearby room, because for the last two days my room had reeked of cigarette smoke at certain times, a strong smell that made my stay uncomfortable.

“Mala experiencia”

La ubicación; el elevador no servía; no hacen servicio de limpieza (estuve 10 días); la puerta no cerraba; los primeros 4 días la estufa no sirvió; cama incómoda; el baño siempre olía mal; al llegar, el lavabo tenía bolsas de nicotina vacías.

Nothing really impressed me, so I won’t be visiting again; the elevators were not functioning—when I checked in the staff said the elevator had been broken yesterday, but other reviews showed it had been bad since July and it was September; I spent 3 days and my room was never cleaned; when I first moved in it wasn’t very clean, I could see female hair strands on the cupboards and the pillow had red wine stains; the female staff at the reception was also not customer friendly.

“Homeless shelter vibes”

Location. Felt like a homeless shelter with a lot of people living there, if that's your business model, fine, but tell people that so if they aren't living there, they don't stay there. My college aged daughter stayed there for a board exam nearby and was not comforable at all with your clientele
