“Very nice hotel with very friendly and attentive staff in a good location, right beside a Metro station and on a tram li”

The room was very nice, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom/shower excellent. However, the complimentary airport‑to‑hotel taxi was a disaster: it arrived two hours after our flight landed, after we had been escorted around the airport by a Global Elite representative to several spots trying to locate the taxi.

“Aquém do esperado , muito caro pelo que oferece .”

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was fine, but the TV system was terrible and didn't work, the reception was often empty which made security feel compromised, and on one day the coffee service started at 7:30, ruining our schedule. I ended up staying three days longer than planned, paid in advance, and when we returned from the street the card wouldn't open the door because the extension of the stay hadn't been updated. The booking was charged before we could “pay on arrival” and the hotel didn't honor that. The location is good, but the area is very noisy with ambulances, firefighters, and police sirens on every night.

The staff were genuinely helpful, even suggesting activities and must‑see restaurants in the area, which made a big difference since we were unfamiliar with the place; the rooms were very clean. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s not the worst part, and the cleanliness and great staff make up for it.
