The pools and gardens are surprisingly well-maintained, considering the hurricane that hit 8 months ago. However, the cleanliness in the towers is a different story - it feels like we're in the middle of a construction site. Unfortunately, not all pools are available due to staff shortages, and they don't open until 10 am, which is a bit late.

This place was perfect for our needs, the whole family was really comfortable and we had a great time. The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the essentials we needed. The location was also great, close to shops and restaurants. However, the noise from the street was a bit of a problem, especially at night when we were trying to sleep. But overall, it was a great choice for our family vacation.

The apartment was a total mess when I arrived. It was filthy, with dirty dishes, trash everywhere, unmade beds, and stinky towels. The service was also terrible. The only good thing was the building's facilities.

The hotel's location was a big plus, and the way everything was organized was impressive. The prices for food were really reasonable, and the quality was great. The whole place was spotless and well-kept, and the staff were super friendly. The only thing that would've made things easier was if they'd provided more than one consumption card for our group of seven.

The apartment was really great and in a fantastic location, but the pool service was absolutely terrible. There were no waiters around and the ones who did show up seemed really uninterested in helping. The pool area itself was a letdown too, with pretty poor attention to detail.
