Coffee, equipment, cleanliness, and the staff were all excellent. The process for returning the key was confusing.

The room was spotless and quiet. I was surprised by how fully stocked the dining area was with cooking utensils and seasonings; it felt like I could bring my own ingredients and prepare meals. A large commercial freezer and refrigerator were available, and by attaching a tag with the room number to my items, everything stayed separate and safe. Coffee, tea, a kettle, a pop‑up toaster, and even a commercial oven were all provided. There were many types of dishes as well. The bath was huge and relaxing, with plenty of water so it was ready in about ten minutes. The shampoo supplied was good, making styling easy and enjoyable. The lounge with a projector had various chairs and tables, and I could watch YouTube or other content. The bookshelf offered books in English and Korean, and I enjoyed a photo book of the Kushiro wetlands. It seemed like a great place to stay and read without leaving the hotel. The only downside was that the number of slippers at the front door exceeded the number of guests; while having a selection was nice, it was a bit disappointing that the spacious and lovely entrance had to be filled with extra slippers. Two or three pairs, or just enough for the number of people that day, would have been sufficient.

The ground‑floor lounge and kitchen are spacious, letting you unwind like at home. I wish the shower area could be a single‑occupancy bathroom for more convenience; right now if someone locks the inner lock, you can’t get in, and you have to wait a long time for the shower to finish.

交誼廳和廚房空間大、餐具總類多、多人用餐無用擔心餐具不夠、很棒. 浴室太少、希望能改成單人浴室。節省排隊時間。
