“Pelayanan tidak bagus”

The service was bad; we ordered through an app but when we arrived the name wasn’t listed, the rooms were full, and later they told us some rooms were still available but at a price that was much higher than what was shown in the app.

I had booked but when I got there the rooms were full. Shame on me.

The price was very cheap. It was a bit dirty.
