Eduardo was incredibly attentive, always getting back to me whenever I reached out. Even as a solo female traveler I felt safe and welcomed, and the staff were flexible with both check‑in and check‑out. The room was very comfortable and, despite being in Congonhas, the street was surprisingly quiet and the neighborhood felt calm.
Location couldn’t be better – quiet and just a short ride from Congonhas airport. Eduardo wasn’t on site when I arrived, but he walked me through everything over the phone, and the room turned out clean and comfortable. All in all, great value for the price.
The beds and blankets were super comfy and cozy, and the owner was polite and friendly throughout my stay. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

The place is right by Congonhas airport and the bus network makes it easy to hit the city’s main sights, plus the rooms and bathroom were clean, the Wi‑Fi solid, and I felt secure staying there. The only drawback was the lack of a nearby metro stop – the closest station, Conceição, is about 2.2 km away.
