I was disappointed: we booked the hotel in advance and noted our estimated arrival time, but after a 12‑hour drive through rough roads with no signal, we had no cellular reception even in Manali; when we finally reached the hotel, they told us our room was already taken because we were late for check‑in, so we had to find another place.

The place is excellent for its price range, offers a great view, and the rooms are clean. Hot water is always running, the management is very friendly, and I highly recommend it.
