The room was clean overall. I messaged several times before arrival but got no reply until the last minute, when they apologized for the delay and offered a discount on the stay. The jacuzzi, however, released a lot of scum when I used it.

I loved the rice ball breakfast—it was delicious! The room felt tidy and comfortable. The music playing constantly down the hallway was a bit noisy.

I was surprised by how well-stocked the cosmetics were. I stayed for a business trip and was able to rest properly. The breakfast menu, offering both Japanese and Western options, was thoughtful and excellent. I was very satisfied. No complaints.

It was my first solo trip and I stayed here. The service was outstanding and made my stay comfortable. The front desk offered a wide selection of rental items and bath salts, and I got a free welcome drink. The dining menu was extensive, and becoming a member on the spot gave me great deals—free food and crepes for members, plus cheaper meals overall. The staff handled my phone call kindly, giving me peace of mind. I’d like to write more, but I’ll stop here for now (^_^).

The staff were very courteous and attentive, which was pleasant. The amenities were plentiful. When I arrived, a large karaoke banner fluttered outside, but our room had no equipment, and not all rooms were equipped, which was disappointing. The towels were frayed, felt rough, and showed signs of wear and age.
