The property was undergoing upgrades, parking was well lit, and the lobby was tidy; the pool area looked well maintained. However, it was very noisy—someone sneezed in another room and we could hear it clearly, with little sound insulation. The heater fell off the wall in our room, and there was discoloration near the floor behind the bathroom door. The room temperature was set to 61 when we arrived, which was a bit chilly.
