We had a real problem with this hotel - they wouldn't let us check in, even though our booking was confirmed. No alternative room was offered, which left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. It seemed like they'd just let someone else into our room, despite having a confirmed booking. Not a great experience at all.

Had a great week-long stay here, the rooms are really clean and modern, and the location is super convenient - the metro is right outside. The staff are friendly and helpful, even if they don't speak much English, so be prepared to use a translation app if you're not local. Only downside is the price, which feels a bit steep. Overall, though, it's a solid choice.
