“لا تستحق”
The view of the sea was the only thing I liked about this place. From the moment I walked in, the building felt ancient and falling apart; they gave me a tiny, scorching villa that made me run back to the front desk where they said they’d fix the air‑conditioner, then I asked for another room and they handed me the last one left, which was also shabby, with a door that needed a kick to open and a smell of dirt that made my skin itch. The real issue was that they rent out speakers and, despite warning them not to crank up the volume for the neighbours, the staff said it was fine and the music blared at full volume from 10 am to 4 pm; I called reception three times, they lowered it, then turned it back up. The next day I complained to a receptionist who ignored me, so I asked for the manager; the Egyptian manager offered a late checkout as compensation, which was useless because I arrived at 9 pm hoping to rest after a long shift and had to work the next day, so a late checkout meant nothing. That was my first and last time at this hotel.
