The whole place feels gorgeous, the focus on comfort and spotless cleanliness is flawless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect.

Everything! This is my second visit to Roka and I’m completely enamored with the spot. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and tastefully designed. The restaurant offers fantastic food with breathtaking views, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. I’ll definitely return. The pool’s low tie is a bit of a downside if you’re planning to swim, but the views more than make up for it!

The staff were very friendly; the location and hotel are beautiful, and the environment is peaceful. We ran out of shampoo, the bathroom had a strong sewage odor, and the pool was dirty. Bedsheets and towels had stains, and I got a lot of insect bites—still not sure if it was sandflies, mosquitoes, or bed bugs.
