The room was spacious, the bed comfy, staff were friendly, and the restaurants nearby were convenient. A suggestion: put a covered trash can in the bathroom.

The front‑desk service was good, but the stairs were an issue – we arrived with a somewhat heavy suitcase and had to stay on the second floor where there was no elevator.

The location was good, staff were attentive, and the bed was comfortable. Because the street is very busy, there’s a lot of noise. Some guests also don’t respect the quiet in the corridors leading to the rooms. I’d suggest putting warning signs.
