Rooms feature private balconies with sea views, flat‑screen satellite TV, minibar, and marble bathrooms with toiletries. The on‑site restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine, while a poolside café‑bar offers tapas and drinks. Nearby, Las Rejas Golf Course, Terra Natura Zoo, and Aqualandia Water Park provide additional attractions.

The location is very close to the beach, giving a pleasant view of the sea, boulevard, landscape, and water; it’s definitely worth booking a sea‑view room. The reception helped us find a parking spot, even though the hotel has limited spaces; we had to pay a bit more for a secure parking spot within walking distance. The restaurant staff’s friendliness and politeness were sometimes lacking. As soon as you enter the restaurant they point straight to the card reader to scan your card instead of greeting guests warmly. At the table they ask if you want something to drink, but they’re very short and unfriendly—no personal greeting, just “DRINK?” instead of “Good evening, would you like something to drink?” Adding dessert is slow, and the trays for meat are often empty; you have to watch out because the hot meat dishes were frequently undercooked (chicken, hamburger, other meats were raw or very red, posing a risk).

A warm, helpful welcome at reception, a clean, bright, spacious room, and a lovely pool area with quick bar and snack service—nothing to complain about.
