There was nothing to like in this hotel. The room was very dirty, the linens weren’t fresh, the cupboard was locked and when we asked for keys to keep valuables they said they didn’t have any. The bathroom door didn’t close properly; we had to bang it shut. The dish remote didn’t work, and when we asked about it they gave vague answers. We had to wait an hour for Nestle to bring an extra bed and linens for the extra person, even though they charged extra for a third person. I would advise people to think 100 times before checking into this hotel. The staff is very arrogant and their service is horrible.

The rooms were solid, especially with the interior walls made of large stones that gave a nice old‑world feel. The location is a bit off, but having your own bike makes it manageable.
