The quality didn’t match what I expected from a W hotel. The rooms were disappointing.
The staff were courteous.
“Perfect Location for visiting UCLA”
Everyone was welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The F&B could use some improvement, but the staff service was good. The room was clean and spacious, and the gym was nice. They sent a coffee maker to the room on request, and the laundry service was good. The restaurant menu is very limited and breakfast is just okay. The corridors need more light and soundproofing could be better.
