We loved the fantastic location, amazing views, and courteous, helpful staff—Khushi at reception even offered us a room change when our geyser failed, which was very thoughtful. We were disappointed by the average food, the poorly maintained Upperdeck, and the disorganized kids’ activity room.

The hotel's peaceful surroundings and beautiful location made up for its distance from the main area of Mukteshwar. The staff were super helpful and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We even got to go on a guided forest trek, which was a highlight of our stay. The only thing that could be improved is the activity room, which had a lot of potential but was a bit disorganized.

The rooms had stunning views of the snow-capped peaks and were really comfortable. The food was top-notch and the staff were always willing to lend a hand. However, the restaurant was a bit understaffed, which meant service was slow. The activity room was a great idea, but it needed a bit more TLC to keep it looking its best.

We paid a premium price for our stay, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to expectations. The facilities for New Year's Eve were lacking, and the food options were limited and not suitable for kids. The food itself was also quite spicy, which wasn't ideal for families. It was a shame, as we'd been looking forward to a special celebration.
