“I’d like to recommend Hichu House to anyone looking for a few days away from stress.”
The rooms were clean and comfortable with two separate beds, and the host was amazing and very helpful. Nothing was wrong; everything was great.
“覺得住起來舒服,很像自己待在的租屋睡覺一樣的自在,另外老闆娘很熱心有準備一本推薦的店家給旅客當作參考”
住宅區晚上非常安靜,然後早上餐點好吃,老闆娘也很親切熱心
“하이츄 재방문 의사 매우 있습니다! 나고시의 조용한 느낌”
The host was incredibly friendly, the room was in great condition, and parking was excellent. The place felt neat, tidy, and calm, and the handmade guide in Japanese, Korean, and English recommending convenient parking spots, nearby attractions, and restaurants was impressive; the host even booked a table when I requested. Though I missed the host at checkout, a message on the door latch with a drink from Okinawa and a warm note left me touched. A hidden beach is about a 10‑minute walk away. There’s nothing to improve, though the restaurant and convenience store are a bit far.
The owner was very friendly and would chat with guests, and he’s learning Chinese—if you have time, try speaking a little Chinese with him. The bathroom didn’t have a full wet‑dry separation, which is a pity.
“是個非常溫馨的小屋,對於環境美感的堅持令人印象深刻”
Outside the hotel there was a dog logo, and inside you could see the same logo on napkins, fridge magnets, and even on coat hangers—turns out it was my own dog, which was adorable. From that alone you could see the owner’s dedication to aesthetic detail, and the layered touches improved the overall quality of life. The room was very clean and tidy, exuding a warm feeling; the décor, furniture, and lighting all showed the owner’s care. Breakfast was a standard Japanese‑style spread, feeling like the owner had cooked it early in the morning, giving a strong Japanese cultural vibe—perfect for those who want to experience Japanese culture. I accidentally left my camera at the hotel, and when I returned the owner drove over to pick it up for me, which I really appreciated. (By the way, the owner knows we’re Taiwanese and is trying to speak Chinese in addition to Japanese and English, showing both a high standard of aesthetics and a serious effort to learn a new language, which is truly admirable.) The only minor critique is that the location isn’t very central, so it’s better to drive or take a taxi to get there.
