“It was too good”

The location and atmosphere were outstanding, everyone loved it—my kid was ecstatic, the food was tasty, and the staff were great, but there was a nasty odor coming from the lake.

“Family friendly and well-maintained resort experience in Alapuzha”

The resort lies a bit out of town on Vembanad Lake’s edge, is well kept with plenty of greenery and walking paths, and the staff were very friendly, handling food, tea, snacks, and bedding smoothly; rooms are clean, spacious, and can accommodate extra beds, each with a fan and AC to counter the heat. The Ayurvedic spa was relaxing and reasonably priced, breakfast buffet and à la carte menus were good, and the food preparation was delicious. The property is wheelchair‑friendly with ramps and lifts. Overall, a very good resort. The downside is the table tennis, foosball, and carrom area were outdoors, which was unpleasant in the hot, humid weather; moving those games indoors would help. The in‑house lake area also needs more cleaning to remove green moss and pigeon droppings.

“Perfect, quiet, relaxing stay for a couple of days”

The staff were perfect and did everything for us, but the wifi failed when we needed it.
