“Beautiful hotel and friendly welcoming staff.”

Absolutely lovely, the staff were friendly and very helpful with directions around town and dinner suggestions. The room was beautifully presented and clean, and breakfast was great. The heating was cranked up even though the day was warm and the night mild. I called several times to fix it, but no one answered. A gentleman showed up after we had fallen asleep with the windows wide open (noisy) and a small fan running at full blast. If it hadn’t been so uncomfortably hot in the room, this would have been a perfect stay.

“Amazing couple of nights with my partner we enjoyed our stay we will be back for another stay soon we hope”

The property was amazing and quirky—we loved it, even though we went the wrong way a few times, which added to the fun. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the food was amazing, and Olivia’s pins colada cocktail was to die for—thank you xx. The spa bath was an added bonus. There wasn’t anything you couldn’t like about it.

“A Great Little Find in the Middle of Bridgwater”

Working on a tight budget, I was worried about the quality of this city‑centre hotel, but it turned out to be pleasantly small and welcoming. A 15‑minute walk from the train station, the reception staff let me check in earlier than usual, and the dining team were friendly and helpful. I treated myself to a cooked breakfast that was surprisingly included in the price, which was a nice touch while I was away from home. I’d definitely return. The only downside was a few people lingering in the courtyard late at night, but earplugs were provided if that bothered me.
