The staff were kind, the amenities plentiful, and there was a welcome drink; getting there was easy. The tap next door makes a loud whir when turned, and the door of the adjacent room slams with a big echo.

The welcome drink selection was generous, especially the alcoholic options, and the room rate was very cheap. No complaints.

The beds are clean and comfortable. The room door isn’t well insulated, and it feels like the time has frozen around the radio and other gear, like 30 years ago. Dust builds under the bed and the carpet smells old, giving a worn vibe.

The twin room was tidy and had all the necessary equipment, and breakfast was a full buffet that felt like a good deal at that price. The toilet flush was weak and the button was broken; pressing it didn’t work. The shower room’s wall is high, making it hard to step over.
