The breakfast menu failed to describe the food correctly; the item card marked a dish as vegetarian yet it contained non‑vegetarian items.

“Great staff”
The staff here are super friendly, and one of them, Carina, went out of her way to help my friend get their phone fixed - really appreciated that.
“ЗАМЕЧАТЕЛЬНЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ”
Clean, cozy, and welcoming. Check‑in was quick, the staff were helpful, the toiletries were excellent, and breakfast was tasty. No complaints.
“入住第一時間檢查冷氣是否工作，有問題果斷第一時間要求換房！”
The hotel is conveniently close to the Beijing Fengtai high‑speed rail station, yet at night the air‑conditioner broke down and they didn’t move us to another room right away. After promising a change, a technician showed up with a ladder, spent a long time trying to fix it without success, offered a fan, and we endured a sweltering night until around 4 am when it finally cooled enough to get a little sleep; the front desk did give us a small gift as an apology at checkout.
