We booked a suite, only to find out on arrival that dogs weren’t allowed despite the listing saying “animals admitted,” so we were handed a dreadful room overlooking a roof (room 108) for the same price. It was dirty and far from four‑star standards, and although the pool officially closed at 6 pm, everything was already being put away by 5 pm.
