Location, next to beach and town. Housekeeping was exceptional. Waiters were making simple mistakes, joking around and being loud while customers are on the beach looking for a peacefull time. Even if breaksfast was included they asked for tips for a service that was already paid, and the Fruits were served warm for breakfast, i asked if it was possible to served them cold, they say wasnt possible. It was off putting

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The hotel and its beach area felt like paradise, and the staff were super friendly and very attentive.
