“Übernachtung in einer Idylle der Ruhe”

The hosts were extremely helpful, the food was good, and the tours were well organized—really great people. The bathroom, however, wasn’t clean.

The location was great and the staff were quiet, helpful and friendly. Everything else was fine.

The location is just beautiful. The staff were super helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable, with large rooms and tidy amenities. Son and Trang (Wendy) were awesome. Bikes were free to use and it’s only about a 15‑minute cycle to the Trang An boat rides. I would totally recommend it. The only downside was that I had to leave.

The location is perfect for all the tours around. The food was delicious. The staff are amazing—really kind and helpful. A kind man even came to pick us up during the town flood and later cooked a fantastic dinner for us; he deserves the world! It was worth coming just for the staff’s smiles and kindness. The manager was very helpful and arranged everything we needed. You can feel the good heart in those people—that’s what we really appreciated about Vietnam. Definitely need to stay at this hotel!
