“Average”
There was no breakfast, and the door lock was a hassle; the lift could use more space.
The staff were genuinely friendly, but the amenities shown in the initial pictures belonged to the Deluxe room, not ours.
The bed was comfortable, and I was allowed an early check‑in without extra charge because I checked out early. The location is close to Ernakulam South Railway Station. Overall cleanliness could be better.

We got exactly what we paid for: spacious rooms, a very comfortable bed, and excellent staff service, though the Reach Inn board is a bit hard to locate.
I’ve been booking this property everytime i visit Kochi. This was my 4th time staying at this place. The location, the rooms, the rates are all factors that have contributed to the repeat booking
