“Troppo scadente”
The only thing worth mentioning is the location, but the room was noisy and cramped, the air‑conditioner constantly dripped onto the bed, the floor had broken tiles that were lifting, the AC made a terrible noise and didn’t cool, the shower barely produced warm water, the toilet flush didn’t work, the lift doors lacked sensors and slammed shut on us, cleaning had to be requested and even after being told it would be done we had to push more than three times on different days, so the room was never cleaned during our stay; we called reception for fresh wipes that were never replaced, the staff smiled but ignored us, we were asked for a 1000‑peso deposit with paperwork to sign and then lost a quarter of an hour at checkout while they inspected the room before returning the money. A terrible hotel we will never revisit.
