The place has a killer location, great views, and solid amenities, but the service could use a serious upgrade: no staff after 9 pm, no one to hand out water, and the food is far below what the price suggests.

The prime location and attentive staff outshone us, especially for a room with a view; honestly, the basic room feels like a broom closet. Nothing was lacking.
