The facilities were nice and had everything you need for a ski weekend; the nicest staff member was the guy from the shuttle bus who was always super friendly and had a smile on his face. The staff were not that attentive and not very organised, the heating in our room did not work very well and our room was cold, and unfortunately it did not get fixed during our stay nor did we receive the extra blankets that we asked for.

The wellness area and indoor pool were good; the hotel rooms were somewhat a bit old.

Good location for ski‑out, nice sauna area; food (breakfast and dinner) was ok but not outstanding for the price.

The breakfast was amazing, the shuttle to the train station was nice to use, and the spa rooms were spacious and a pleasure to visit. I think I can't complain; maybe some staff were cold but still helpful.
