The room was very spacious and modernly furnished, with electric blinds for darkness and mosquito nets. It was noisy at night because of the street location, so you have to sleep with the windows closed. The breakfast with the box was okay; having rolls and muesli would have been nice. There was no café voucher like in previous reviews, only a 10 % voucher for two restaurants, which wasn’t honored when we ordered take‑away pizza because we were late with our child and wanted to eat in the room.

It was a beautiful place to stay, self‑check‑in worked, the breakfast was tasty and very good, and the location was close to the centre.

It’s in a great location with lovely facilities and large, comfortable rooms; we all loved it.

“Perfetto”

When we moved in, Alfredo made everything very quick and smooth. We found everything to be great—a fantastic apartment! The shower was excellent, the mattresses were great… every detail was thought out! The air‑conditioner was already set, nothing needed to be done, everything was clean, all windows had fly screens, a mosquito repellent was available for general use, and there was plenty of breakfast. We really liked it. The restaurant downstairs was simply superb, everything was very tasty. We’ll definitely come back.

The host’s communication was good, and the room was well equipped. Unfortunately, the property sits on a very noisy street and the breakfast did not impress us.
